Our approach

We treat
conditions,
not symptoms.

A problem in one part of the body often stems from an imbalance somewhere else. We dig deeper so the fix lasts.

Physiotherapist performing hands-on manual therapy on a patient's shoulder
  1. 01

    Listen

A thorough conversation to understand your history, lifestyle and goals — not a rushed intake form.

  2. 02

    Assess

Hands-on examination to identify the underlying cause, not just the painful spot.

  3. 03

    Diagnose

A clear, plain-English explanation of what is wrong and why — so the plan makes sense.

  4. 04

    Treat & Prevent

Targeted treatment plus the exercises and self-care that stop the problem returning.

Treated my 90-year-old mother with real skill and compassion. Vast knowledge, experience and, most of all, excellent hygiene. If we could, we'd give this clinic 7 stars.
